Did you know, we are made of stars

Did you know
After you wash your face in the morning and lightly stroke your finger against your tiny facial
hair,
it glitters gold.
It reminds me of a scientific fact.
Did you know
After the Big Bang, the lightest elements like hydrogen and helium remain
Every atom of iron of carbon of calcium of oxygen was once made inside a star
These elements survive several supernovas just so,
we glitter gold.
So,
tomorrow morning onward,
as your fingers wipe sleep out of your ethereal eyes and brush your seraphic skin
You are reminded.
You are stardust.
